TrackR is a new, low-priced GPS tracking device that can attach to just about anything. The corresponding app will send an alert to your iPhone when the thing being tracked has gone out of range.
If the item with the tracking device goes missing and the TrackR beeping can’t be heard, any other device with the app uses Bluetooth to track it. When the app is in range of the TrackR, it sends an alert with the item’s most recent location and records the location where the item went missing.
The GPS tracking device is small enough to fit on a bike seat, key ring, or wallet and can be attached with double sided tape. The tiny device retails for just $25.
