Dipanshu Sharma
After leaving Nokia in 2001, Mr. Sharma founded V-ENABLE. Today V-ENABLE is The Leader in Mobile Local Search and Mobile-Multimodal Technologies. Mr. Sharma drives V-ENABLE's technology and strategic vision. He works with wireless operators and partners to deliver best-of-breed solutions.
While at Nokia, Mr. Sharma was part of several wireless initiatives for mobile handsets that included mobile browsers, phone user interface design, developer programs and research. He has delivered mobile handsets for CDMA/GSM markets. He published several patents (6,287,200; 6,892,067; 6,766,163; 6,801,793 European Patent: WO0143433, WO0193507) related to wireless technologies.
In Nov 2003, he was awarded "Technology Leader of the year" by TeleFusion and in 2005 was nominated for Ernst and Young "Entrepreneur of the year". He sits on the boards of Rocketalk, KaDonk and advisory board of Field Technologies.
Mr. Sharma holds specialized management/entrepreneurship degrees from UCSD, San Diego and HUT, Helsinki, Finland. He holds M.S in Computer Science from DAVV, India and B.S in Computer Science from Delhi University, India.
Doug Giese:
Mr. Giese has extensive experience in startup financing activities. He has been on both sides of financing deals as both a company founder and as a board member of the San Diego Tech Coast Angels. He is also the V.P. of the groups Seed Track program. Currently, he is the CEO of Agilenano, a developer of nano-technology solutions used in military and consumer applications. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of AP Labs, a manufacturer of high performance real time software & systems and rugged enclosures and computers.
Mr. Giese holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and a B.E. in Electrical and Bio-Medical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
Charles Jadallah:
Mr. Jadallah is the VP of Business Development for Merchant e-Solutions an internet payment processing service. Most recently, Mr. Jadallah was Managing Director for Operation's for e-Colony, an Internet Capital Group Company with $500M for investment in early stage investment opportunities. Previously, worked with Oracle in their business and corporate development groups creating business development, e-commerce, and VC strategies. Mr. Jadallah also worked for Netscape Communications as senior director business development for the financial services sector. Prior to Netscape, Mr. Jadallah spent 12 years at Visa International in key positions including strategic planning and business development. He sits on several advisory and board positions including RiskWatch, C2-Net (acquired by Redhat), Nanobiz (acquired by VeriSign), Securify, Fidesic, and Merchant e-Solutions.
Mr. Jadallah holds an MBA from College of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Investments from San Diego State University.

Eddie Rodriguez:
Mr. Rodriguez has extensive experience in representing a range of companies in the high-tech arena. He is the managing member of the San Diego office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C. His practice is focused on a full range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, technology licensing, and general business counseling for both public and private companies. He was previously a partner at Fish & Richardson and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Mr. Rodriguez has represented clients in over 200 mergers and acquisition transactions, including: a $500 million acquisition of a private software company by a Fortune 100 company; $193 million acquisition of a private software company by publicly traded internet and software development company; $157 million leverage buyout of an private electronics company by a private holding company; $90 million acquisition of a private software company by a publicly traded software company; $73 million merger of two publicly traded telecommunications companies; and over $35 million of roll-up acquisitions for publicly traded software company.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a B.A. from UCLA and J.D. from Stanford Law School. He was also selected by San Diego Metropolitan as one of "40 of the brightest young professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and civic leaders in San Diego County" under the age of 40 in 2003.
