• Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule maintenance on vehicles and equipment by entering the desired mileage points or time period when units are due for service.
• Multiple Maintenance Alerts: You can create multiple maintenance alert rules such as oil changes, inspections, brake re-surfacing, etc and add different vehicles and equipment to each rule.
• Maintenance Report Options: Reminders can be created based on miles traveled or by a time period.
• Maintenance Reminder Alerts: Our system will send you a reminder when a vehicle or asset is within 20% of the maintenance point and will send you another e-mail when the unit has passed the required maintenance point.
• Reset Maintenance Alert for Next Service: You can reset the maintenance reminder after your vehicle or asset has been serviced and the reminder will be sent again after the new cycle of miles or time elapses.
