• Add Unlimited Users: Create an unlimited number of system users with unique usernames & passwords. This allows you to easily add or delete new users when employees come and go.
• Feature Access Restrictions: Restrict user access to certain features within the system. For example, you can grant your dispatchers access to just the map pages and restrict their access from the reports pages. This ensures a level of security for you by ensuring that certain personnel are not viewing location data that does not pertain to their job duties.
• Unit Grouping: Group vehicles and assets by job function. You can then pull reports and view location data by groups. You can also use the groups feature to restrict which units your users can view in the system.
• User Group Assignments: Assign vehicles and assets to specific system users so they can only view location data for the units assigned to them. This ensures that other non-designated personnel are not viewing location information for vehicles & equipment that are not assigned to them.
• User Activity Reports: View reports of each time your system users have logged into the system, their IP address, and which pages they accessed. This gives you the ability to ensure that your system users are utilizing your investment on a daily basis. It also provides you with an additional layer of security by ensuring that no one gains access to your login credentials and accesses the system off-site.
