Improve security by ensuring that you have
tight control over access to the system.
- Unlimited Multiple Users:
Create an unlimited number of system users with unique usernames
& passwords. This allows you to easily add or delete new users
when employees come and go.
- Unit Grouping:
Group vehicles and assets by job function. You can then pull reports
and view location data by groups. You can also use the groups feature
to assign access to certain units to specific system users.
- Unit Permissions:
Assign vehicles and assets to specific system users so they can
only view location data for the units assigned to them. This ensures
that other non-designated personnel are not viewing location information
for vehicles & equipment that are not assigned to them.
- Feature Access: Restrict user
access to certain features within the system. For example, you can
grant your dispatchers access to just the map pages and restrict
access from the reports pages. This ensures a level of security
for you by ensuring that certain personnel are not viewing location
data that does not pertain to their job duties.
- User Activity Reports: View reports
of each time your system users have logged into the system, their
IP address, and which pages they accessed. This gives you the ability
to ensure that your system users are utilizing your investment on
a daily basis. It also provides you with an additional layer of
security by ensuring that no one gains access to your login credentials
and accesses the system off-site.
